Cindy visited over 12 countries – from the USA to the UK, Abu Dhabi to Australia, Jamaica to Japan, France, Morocco, Poland, and a whole lot more.
Annie crossed some new destinations off her list – Brazil, Mexico, and the Austrian Alps, as well as some old favourites – Italy, France, New York, and Nova Scotia.

Where have we been?
May 2016 – Chicago
Cindy flew down to the Windy City to explore the different hotel options for her clients – where to stay with families or as a couple.
February 2016 – South Africa
Annie travelled to South Africa on vacation to see for herself its beauty and diversity. She started with a safari in Kruger National Park, followed by several days in Cape Town and the nearby Winelands.
February 2016 – St. Lucia
Cindy was off exploring the wild Pitons, the lush green peaks that dot this island’s landscape. She stayed at the Capella Marigot Bay for some much-deserved R&R.
November 2016 – Italy and Morocco
Every year Cindy visits Marrakesh, the bustling cultural centre of Morocco. Here she meets with some of the most interesting experiential travel experts from around the world. On the way, she stopped in northern Italy to check out some hotels for her clients. She visited l’Albereta, a vine-covered Relais and Chateau property half-way between Milan and Lake Garda. She then stayed at the Grand Hotel Terre di Sirmione on Lake Garda, a 5-star known for its impeccable service and thermal spa.
October 2016 – Warsaw, Poland and Interlaken, Switzerland
Cindy attended a new luxury travel show called Private Leisure Forum, a unique event due to its superior networking opportunities. Cindy began her trip with a stopover in Warsaw, an up-and-coming destination for people who crave culture and fun in the same city. August-September 2016 – Australia, Abu Dhabi, and Amsterdam
Cindy was invited to attend Luxperience, an exclusive travel trade show held in Australia. She stopped in Amsterdam and Abu Dhabi on the way, and flying Etihad Airline’s breath-taking business class, bringing fun and adventure even to her flight routing. She experienced several unique hotels and met important hoteliers and tour companies specialising in the Pacific countries. Read more about her trip here.
May 2015 – Brazil
Annie took a couple weeks to explore Brazil from bottom to top. Beginning in Sao Paulo, she then continued on to Rio de Janiero, several days in the Amazon at a jungle lodge, and finally a trip to Salvador, the country’s capital of colonial heritage. March 21-27, 2015 – Rome, Italy
Annie attended Mediterranean Luxury Club, a travel trade show of Italy’s top hotels. She met with hotel managers from across the country, doing research and building connections. Take a look at the description of her side-trip to Umbria here.
March 2015 – Japan
Cindy attended ILTM Japan to learn about the latest in luxury and experiential travel in the country. Japan is a favourite among travellers looking for culture and history, as well as unique shopping, dining, and nature exploration opportunities. Cindy’s highlights included wandering beautiful Kyoto and tasting gourmet meals in Tokyo.
January 2015 – Riviera Maya, Mexico
Annie was invited by the Grand Velas Riviera Maya to discover the beauty of Playa del Carmen. This five-star luxury all-inclusive resort delivered the height of VIP treatment, from welcome gifts, exquisite spa treatments, to five-diamond meals. Sun seekers are in luck, as this hotel boasts an impeccable white-sand beach, private plunge pools and lounge beds on every balcony, and multiple infinity pools with views of the ocean and the mangrove jungle. December 2014 – Cannes, France
ILTM, short for the International Luxury Travel Market, hosts its most important conference of the year in Cannes. It brings together the brightest minds in the luxury travel industry for a high-powered conference on the very best the world has to offer – hotels, destinations, tours, transportation, cuisine, spa, entertainment, and experiences. Cindy attended as a representative of TTI Travel on this four-day voyage of discovery. She returned with all kinds of exciting new prospects for her clients, and the satisfaction of knowing that, wherever they go, they will receive the highest service, thanks to Cindy’s contacts around the world.
November 2014 – Marrakech, Morocco
Cindy attended PURE Life Experiences, an exclusive trade show for experiential travel experts, be they travel advisors, tour operators, or high-end travel media. Attendees meet to share the most exciting new opportunities for discerning travellers, and to forge relationships that elevate client experience. It is a source of new ideas, new contacts, and the best possible research a travel advisor could ask for.
September-October 2014 – Tuscany and London
A week in Tuscany and a few days in London. Sound like a dream? For Cindy, work and pleasure become one on this trip to check out a few of the world’s most luxurious spa hotels. All this in time for ILTM Spa, an exclusive conference for the travel industry’s leading spa experts, where Cindy gave a speech. She spent the conference building and strengthening relationships so that her clients always have the best spa care wherever they stay.
September 2014 – New York, New York
Cindy went to New York to meet with her partners there. She stayed at the Dream Downtown and the Viceroy to see what new and exciting amenities they can offer her clients. As a glamour girl about town, she enjoyed seeking out all the ways to bring your trip to NYC to the next level.
August 2014 – Las Vegas, Nevada
Cindy was i Las Vegas attending Virtuoso Travel Week, an invitation-only gathering of the world’s top luxury travel specialists.
Throughout the week, she had the chance to meet representatives from the most exciting and respected travel companies on the planet to ensure that you receive the best service no matter where you stay around the world.
